Twenty-two years later, that insight has proven right again and again. The towns Holly focused on — Montgomery, Princeton, Hillsborough, Bridgewater, West Windsor — have seen consistent appreciation driven by exactly what she predicted: school quality attracting families who stay for decades.

We verify what others assume — pulling Certificates of Occupancy, cross-referencing septic permits against bedroom counts, and reviewing 20+ years of township building records before our clients close. On more than one occasion, this process has uncovered discrepancies that saved our clients tens of thousands of dollars.
