And here is what most agents will not tell you: even after you submit an offer, you have contingencies that protect you. Inspection, financing, attorney review — you are never locked in until the deal actually closes. We would rather you submit an offer and back out for a good reason than miss out because you were afraid to try.
"Top agents are too busy for me."
